Embracing a new approach, Michael shifted his focus to cultivating weekly connections with realtors, adding value to their businesses, and creating a comprehensive marketing platform to generate leads and exposure.

Over the course of three years, Michael's hard work and innovative strategies led to the creation of a full-service marketing platform that benefits agents and fosters a 100% referral partner business model. Today, his remarkable accomplishments have put him on track to achieve over $40 million in production for 2024.

Michael Mali is a highly successful mortgage broker who expanded into wholesale direct lending and built strong relationships with realtors and micro-communities.  He began his career working with Lending Tree and continued to work directly with consumer leads for the first part of his career.

  In 2013, he took the next step and opened his own retail branch of Paramount Residential Mortgage Group. His career transformed after attending the Mastermind Summit in Las Vegas and joining The Core, where he embraced a new business approach that was eye opening to him.  

Michael shifted his focus to cultivating weekly connections with realtors, adding value to their businesses, and developing a comprehensive Property Concierge System. This shift led to the creation of a full-service marketing system that generates exposure for well-established agents, allowing him to establish a 100% referral-based business model.

   His dedication and innovation earned him a spot among the Top 1% Loan Originators in the US from 2018 to 2022.

   Michael has recently decided to move to the wholesale part of the industry teaming up with Mike Smith who he’s known for several years.  This pivotal step will allow him to truly provide consumers with the best overall loan experience possible and maximize his value to the direct consumer and realtor base.

   Currently, Michael is looking to shift focus to educating consumers providing insider strategies mostly unknown to the public. This led to founding the South Florida Home Buyer’s Club, an initiative that connects aspiring homeowners with the latest property listings while encapsulating the “full-service concept” approach to home ownership. 

He focuses on reaching local businesses in Palm Beach and Broward County, offering their employees a fresh perspective on purchasing a home.
